Rochester Police are investigating the death of a woman inside a home on Hazelwood Terrace Tuesday night.

They were first called to 296 Hazelwood Terrace for the report of a stabbing around 11:30 p.m. There, they found a deceased 43-year-old woman.

While the incident was first reported as a stabbing, police say the circumstances of her death are still under investigation.
