On Wednesday June 29th 2022 the Gates Police Department arrested Khant Ko (19 years old from Rochester NY - pictured with long hair) and Alexander Keenan (19 years old from Rochester NY -pictured with short hair) both for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree (Class C-Felony).
Gates Police officers were on Chili Ave when they observed Ko operating a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt and a license plate violation. Upon stopping the vehicle the driver Ko opened the drivers door to the vehicle and officers observed a loaded firearm which was in plain view hanging out of the driver door pocket. Upon securing this gun it was found to be a loaded Glock .45 cal with 10 rounds of .45 cal ammo. Next to the gun in the drivers pocket was an extended round magazine loaded with an additional 24 rounds of .45 cal ammunition.
The passenger Keenan had also opened his door upon stop in a attempt to immediately exit the vehicle but was detained by officers. A search of the vehicle incident to arrest revealed a second loaded hand gun under the passenger seat where Keenan was sitting. This gun had no serial number or markings making it a "Ghost Gun." Said gun was loaded with 31 rounds of 9mm ammo.

Both males were arraigned in Gates Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of bail.
Keenan - $20,000 cash / $50,000 bond / $75,000 partially secured bail.
Ho - $40,000 cash / $75,000 bond / $100,000 partially secured bail.

Updated: Both Have other arrest made on both of them this is why the bail was set high.
