GENESEO, N.Y. – State Police confirmed that they arrested a retired Greece Police Officer for child pornography. Raymond Dispasquale, of Conesus, is charged with three felony counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child.

Troopers say the investigation started after getting a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in Albany.

State Police executed a search warrant, and say they found 601 images and 161 videos of child sexual assault material on two electronic devices belonging to Dipasquale.

The 56-year-old was released on an appearance ticket, and he’s due in Geneseo Town Court October 18th.
