On Monday February 19 we have ended our contract with spectrum internet starting Friday March 1st our provider will be with another local company.

We have experienced numerous problems with there service including service interruption and plus frauding customers who are entitled to a credit when service is out.

Bare in mind we have been with spectrum 21 yrs its time to move on to anther new channel in life and I'm sending this in a polite way

Thank you spectrum of 21 yrs of service however you must fix some of the issues you have if you like me to return.
