Police were called after two men were stopped by PCI and told them what he was doing and trying to play like he mentally retarded they called police on Corey Harvey the Chat log was so thick with the conversation he has who he thought was a 13 year old child was incedable evidence he was convicted of all three crimes .

Because of a previous arrest on the same charge back in 2008 he is not considered a predicated violent sex offender with a life time registry meaning he will never be allowed off the registry as long as he lives.
