James Hampton and Shadad Alghaithy to be tried in higher Court on the rape charges

Since we do not know when the date is or expect any other update this happen back in 2021 when a 15 year old girl walked into a corner store and was locked in by James Hampton and Shadad Alghaithy the both begin raping the 15 year old girl  Shadad Alghaithy is a Level 2 registered sex offender and was on probation at the time.

during the investigation we learned four others came forward with the same story both were indicted on the one charges the judge in this case ordered it to be handled in a higher court.
