Illegal Police Stings Involving Predators Catchers using kids pic to catch predators online
This month Ive been following up on this story but waiting to post this concerning incident because some of this needed to be verified before posting. as you know there are groups of people using the chat program and social media catching predators online for sex.however because these stings are being done there illegal and some police agency refuse to arrest the predator because of the illegal activities.
such as
Using a child Picture without consent of the parent
using the Freedom of information act to access ip of the owner by using a non agency which doesn't exist
Using Freedom of information to gain access to home address and phone number.
Using age to a social media or which requires you to be and put false age to use as a sting.
Pretending to be police under cover agents
Violating there rights to an attorney
stalking them
Harassing them
belittling them in public
forcing them to call family members
these are the type of behavior they do I do not condone sex offenders but they do have the same rights as anyone else however they have meranda rights which states
you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of law you have a right to an attorney if you cannot afford one one will be provided to you before questioning.
that means you do have right and if anyone of these guys tell you to either talk to us or call a cop my advice is contact an attroney before you speak to anyone even police you do not have to give a written statement unless your attorney is presnt .
these guys think they are above the law and they are not above the law.
you can further tell these guys to go fuck them selves and keep walking they cannot stop you or prevent you from leaving if they do thats called false inprisonment.
If they start putting there hands on you thats an assault charge they also cannot force there way into your apt dwelling if you are trying to close your door and there trying to prevnt you from closing it thats illegal also thats considered as home invasion you then have the right to use force by any means possible. you can also have them served a tress pass notice and if they return they will be arrested.
