Kaila Rivera was wanted in Greece but since has been arrested for the 3rd time in a month time.This week she was arrested for larceny at a retail store in Greece she been remanded in the Monroe County Jail without bail she expected to make her court appearance at a later date

She was previously arrested and charged in the Town Of Gates for petite larceny and Reckless endangerment The judge in Gates released her without bail Greece say she is also wanted on another active warrant FTA (failure To Appear) Back in 2015 in the Town of Ogden N.y she was arrested They say 27-year-old Kaila Rivera stole the vehicle from the Kwik Fill on South Union Street on December 28, 2015.

She has Another record she has been charged with second-degree robbery, third-degree assault and petite larceny.at a speedway in the Town Of Gates back in September of this year.

The car was found in Rochester in January and has since been returned to the owner.
Rivera turned herself into Ogden Court and was arraigned Monday night.

Kaila Rivera committed Misdemeanor / Felony under Federal Jurisdiction. The person was sentenced to serve prison time and is held captive in the NY DOC - Bedford Hills Correctional Facility (Women). The inmate's current location is in Bedford Hills, New York, and you can visit the facility during permissible hours. The date of release for the inmate is 2017-03-21 .
