A black lady named Virginia Henry claimed she bought from the owner who building was located at 5-11 appleton St in Rochester N.y was about to be foreclosed on based on city and county records there was no deed in her name at all it was under bank of America who was holding the loan for Fannie Mae a broker .

after weeks of investigations into this we learned that the former owner was in default of the load with Bank Of America and Fannie Mae they were behind a year in load payments we learned back then after completion we took it a step further and called Virginia Henry out on this stating she did not have any rights to that property nor were there a load through the county or the city of record of a banl loan in Virginia Henry name.

Today I am proud to say there is a new owner of that property and the building was sold for $35,200.00 the sales date was 05/29/2015 therefore Mrs Henry can not say she ownes that property was have confirmation on the new owner and we wish them well.
