parkland shooting sentencing phase to come to a conclusions sometime in the Middle of October with closing arguments from both the D.a Office and the defense team of Nickolas Cruz with the defense team resting and not having 80 people come and testify on Nickolas Cruz behalf and with this jury who has been at this over six month with one juror pregnant and it expecting anytime now the Judge asked to start the proceeding which will start September 27th at 9 am .

If the jurors believe he should get the death penalty the judge have to accept the Jurors decisions and move ahead with the sentencing on the other charges as well after Cruz pleaded Guilty to 17 counts of Murder in the 1st degree punishable by death by lethal injection he also faces charges a charges on assault on a correction officer while in jail those sentencing will be added along with any other additional charges he faces .

Nickolas Cruz wanted the Jurors believe he mentally retarded with an IQ of a 7 year old while his IQ was found to be at an 83. so now it doesn't matter what he will get either way this boy will never and I mean ever see the light of day again as long as he lives.
