ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Services for Rochester Police Officer Anthony (Tony) Mazurkiewicz will begin on Sunday. The public is asked to watch the funeral services via live broadcasts and not go to the arena—the funeral on Monday is only for first responders and their families.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 31 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home at 7501 Pittsford-Palmyra Rd (Egypt Location), Fairport. All shuttle services will be provided at Fairport High School.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 1 at 12 p.m. at the Blue Cross Arena, 100 Exchange Blvd, Rochester. The interment will be at White Haven Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rochester Police Locust Club.



In order to accommodate the Funeral Service for Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz, the following Downtown streets will be closed to traffic on Monday, August 1 at 8 a.m.:

• Broad Street from South Avenue to S. Fitzhugh Street

• Court Street from South Avenue to Exchange Boulevard

• Exchange Boulevard from Main Street to S. Fitzhugh Street

• South Avenue from Main Street to Broad Street

The Town of Perinton is also inviting community members to "Light Perinton Blue" this Sunday along the procession route.
