On Wednesday I spoke with my Doctor about an update on my health and learned that after talking with her and she notice I was Coughing and whizzing a lot and explain that I may have asthma and OCPD so right I'm using this Inhaler when its hard to breath and when Im whizzing I have to start using it.

I am somewhat in good health not a perfect one but it seems my life is being cut short I'm only 57 years old.  I do have other health issues including stints and had high blood pressure and hypertension. and other items.

so if you don't notice me doing a lot with the news board this will explain it.
