The following town Green light is coming to as of now but Im expecting to hear about a few other locations who might be on this list but isnt confirmed as of yet so I will not announce them until its confirmed.
however the Albany Binghamton Rochester Buffalo Niagara  Cheektowaqa are where the sign up for the service right now we do not have an exact date on everyone being connected but because of the Covid -19 bullshit mandates you need to know who is behind there mandates.
