The FDA was dragging its feet on releasing the COVID-19 vaccine data —until Attorney Aaron Siri and the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request. Now, the FDA’s timeline has moved up a bit.

Instead of releasing 500 pages of data per month, the FDA must release 55,000 pages of data per month, including omitted and redacted information.

U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas sided with the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, rejecting the FDA’s request for a slower release schedule citing the “paramount public importance” of the vaccine data.

Attorney Aaron Siri released the following statement on the win:

“This is a great win for transparency and removes one of the strangleholds federal ‘health’ authorities have had on the data needed for independent scientists to offer solutions and address serious issues with the current vaccine program – issues which include waning immunity, variants evading vaccine immunity, and, as the CDC has confirmed, that the vaccines do not prevent transmission,” Siri wrote.

“No person should ever be coerced to engage in an unwanted medical procedure,” he continued. “And while it is bad enough the government violated this basic liberty right by mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, the government also wanted to hide the data by waiting to fully produce what it relied upon to license this product until almost every American alive today is dead. That form of governance is destructive to liberty and antithetical to the openness required in a democratic society.”

Siri recently stopped by The Sean Hannity Show to discuss the importance of the ruling:

“Why did they want to roll this out over the course of 75 years? Why would it be relevant 75 years from now” Hannity asks Siri.

“It wouldn’t be. The average life expectancy of most Americans is 77 years. Waiting 75 years would mean everybody alive today pretty would much be dead before the documents were fully released. And until the documents and data are fully released, as the scientists that comprise the group that I represent have explained numerous times, they can’t do a proper analysis,” Siri says.
