The city of Rochester is now mandating that if you own an ebike or a atv or off road motorcycle E scooter you will now need to have insurance and show proof of insurance if your riding on the street or bike paths within the city.

City officials say too many accidents and too many death are caused by people not following the rules of the road or are stealing Ebikes at and scooters from people back yards.

If don't have insurance your E bike or E scooter will. E confiscated ans auctioned off. If you loan your Ebike that person must have thier own separate insurance as well .

This is what you get when you vote Democrats into office who make bogus laws fir there own gain.everytime something happens a made up law is made .

Instead why don't every city have a curfew .

Anyone under the age of 18 has to be inside there homes by 9 pm or the parents will face the charge of endangering the welfare of a child a class D felony. Carrys a fine and 3 yrs in prison. Unless accompanied by a parent.

Those out there who are over 18 committing crimes would be easier when there no kids involved to catch these little hoodlums.
