Update:

Called the Bank and bitched about it and they finally had me do the Deposit by email and it finally went in but this doesnt excuse the action at this branch however the bank agreed that a ESL Members do have the right to mail deposit at the branch without any problem this new manager must not know the rules>

when you hire stupid people you get problems

I sent a Deposit on Thursday and I thought it go it it was returned by the bank they said they are refusing Deposit by mail and the envelope was marked return to sender without them opening it up to see what it was.

So this Tuesday I'll be looking for another bank to do business with.
