MAN SHOT IN ROCHESTER N.Y WHILE AT THE PARK
ROCHESTER, N.Y. Police are investigating a shooting that took place overnight.
Around 9:30 p.m. Friday, Rochester police officers responded to Strong Hospital for a walk-in shooting victim. When police got there, they were directed to the victim, a 22-year-old man from Henrietta suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
His injuries are considered non-life-threatening. During their investigation, police determined that the shooting took place at Genesee Valley Park.
ROCHESTER POLICE SAY THIS IS THE 1,500 SHOOTING WE HAD SINCE JAN OF THIS YEAR AND THE NUMBERS KEEP GOING UP THANKS TO THE BAIL REFORM.
