Senator John Kennedy called-out one of Joe Biden’s judicial nominees during a fiery exchange at the US Capitol this week; calling her comments “embarrassing” and informing the candidate “I can’t vote for you.”

“Do you believe that we should forgive a criminal act in the name of social justice?” asked Kennedy.

“Senator, I have shared the view that we should be unbiased, but I also share the view that our criminal justice system is very individualized,” claimed Anne Traum.

“I can’t vote for you! Not if you’re not going to answer questions. I mean that was embarrassing,” fired-back the Republican.
