On July 25, 2003, Beatty strangled his 62-year-old mother at her home before this Beatty strangled has previous arrest in the past for a 4 year sentence from Dallas County for Injury to a Child. Beatty was released on Mandatory Supervision and returned with a new conviction, a 15 year sentence from Dallas County for Theft.
he is schedule to die November 9th in Huntsville State Prison at 8 pm
