Starting sometime in July or August Spectrum is gonna faze out all the cable boxes and transfer your service to Xumo Another device they will use instead of cable service to stream there cable networks.

However there is a catch the Xumo box will be a $5.00 monthly charge unless you buy the Xumo directly for $60.00 you will only be limited to four hook ups on the Xumo boxes and you must have Spectrum internet to use Xumo for cable service.

Meaning your cable service would be 129.99 a month plus $94.99 a month plus there WIFI which is $7.00 a month

Your total cost $231.98

Compare to Green Light Network which is $55.00 a month you buy your own router and you get you tube tv for 72.99 your total cost is $127.99 a month.

but if you get Frontier you pay 54.99 a month plus $3.00 for the router and you get You tube that will only cost you $131.22. but your getting 1 gig byte

This in New York State only this service is available and green light networks in Connecticut and New York State.

Spectrum is nothing but cooperate Greed They Bought out all the little cable companies and thought there going to profit but instead made a big mistake they should of let them alone

When Spectrum was Time Warner at the time they bought AOL and that didn't last very long until they sold that to AT&T which now owns AOL.

Time Warner Changed there Name to Charter which is Spectrum which is still under the Time Warner Brand name used when they started back in the 1990's. The Main Stream media wont tell you this because there cooperate also making a profit your local networks which are forcing cable networks out so down the line your gonna need a special box ATSC 3.0 and Pay a subscription to get local Channels down the road.

The FCC has already approved it customers would be paying a subscription fee and the cooperate networks will profit big Money collecting money for there streaming networks.

When is this expected to happen there no date but I be Prepared if I were you.
