This story of this sex offender living on Dewey Ave about 2 months ago we alerted you to this person
On October 31st A predicated level three sex offender named Raymond Dumad was caught passing out candy to children under the sex offender registry sex offenders are not allowed to participate in any event involving children including being being in parks where children congregate and play.
Mr Dumas was reported of passing out candy to 3 13 year old kids and children under the age of 9.
When asked about his sex offender status he slammed the door.
He is being reported by the parents

I just called the sex offender registry they said as long as he is nor on probation or parole.there nothing there gonna do about it.
As for him Bing in parks and play grounds they indicated also as long as he not on parole or probation nothing they can do about it
New york state does not care about your kids it seem they rather see little 4 yr old and a 5 yr old be molested rather than protect the kids.
State police are nothing but
Rochester police same as N.Y.S police
