Born On Octover 1st 1924 Plains, Georgia, at the Wise Sanitarium his mother worked as aregistered nurse.Carter thus became the first American president born in a hospital.Jimmy Carter has four children Grand sons and great grandson as well his wife Rosalynn Smith who died in 2023 at the age of 96 and both her and Jimmy Carter are Democrats.
